great room with minor kitchen details
The King Studio Suite offered great space with a comfy bed. The small kitchen area allowed us to heat food easily, which was very convenient.
The kitchen utensils could use better organization.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
During my two-night solo stay, the room was spacious and cozy. However, the checkout mix-up was frustrating, as staff were not accommodating. Enjoyed the varied breakfast options, making mornings much easier. I'd recommend checking in early to ensure a smooth stay.

Great location and spacious rooms!
The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to many attractions, including the 16th street mall. I stayed in a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was impressively spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast options were good but could improve in taste and variety to match the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay and great value!

The spacious suite was clean and well-stocked, making it comfortable for our stay. However, the breakfast options were limited for specific dietary needs, and parking can be expensive. Overall, it's a great place for families with a convenient location to explore the area.

missingWrote a review on Aug 08high floor roomcomfortable bedbilling issuesmall poolcrowded pool
A high floor room provided stunning views and was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including delicious risotto, available until 10 AM. However, the pool could benefit from designated adult hours due to the number of children during evening times. Additionally, some billing issues were concerning, as I discovered a double charge that needed addressing through my credit card company.

The suite was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with essential items like dishes, silverware, and a mini-fridge. The breakfast offered a good variety and was plentiful, catering to different preferences. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for maintaining my workout routine. Ben at the front desk provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and breweries, enhancing our stay immensely.
Valet parking was expensive and not worth the cost.

The King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed had great amenities. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. The shower was fantastic! Housekeeping kept the space tidy, which I appreciated. Crystal and Shari from the staff really went above and beyond. They surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and handmade card, making her day special. The pool area felt small, but it was warm and inviting. Some noisy neighbors made it hard to relax at times. Early morning housekeeping woke us a little too soon, so maybe a later start would help. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming, but the indoor pool could use a hot tub or sauna to feel more luxurious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Had an awesome time with friends! The gym was solid with Life Fitness equipment, and we loved being just a couple blocks from the Convention Center. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Valet staff were quick, and the room was super comfy. Will definitely return!
We did have a hiccup when the breakfast wasn't great. It could use some improvement to match the overall experience.
